Reality Based Training (RBT)

This course is designed-

 To teach officers how to implement Reality-Based Training (RBT) within their agency’s programs. Practical, low- to no-cost strategies will be shared for integrating RBT into recruit training, field training, and in-service programs. Students will gain the knowledge and skills to design and conduct SBT, with emphasis on training standards, safety protocols, and proper documentation.
